Veneer Roller Dryer
This 2 deck 48-meter veneer roller dryer is heated by thermal oil and is equipped with a semi-automatic plate separation and semi-automatic plate collecting system. The output is 70-80m³/day, Shine heat exchanger adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
The hot air fan and the cold air fan of the dryer use the latest axial flow fan, which reduces the power consumption and greatly reduces the power of the whole machine, which can further reduce the user's later operation cost.
