Face Veneer Drying 


The continuous face veneer drying is one of the main types of equipment in veneer and plywood production and can be used for continuous drying operation. It is used for drying veneers with rotary cutting and slicer and it is designed specially to dry the very thin face veneer typically at 0.2-1.2mm thickness. The mesh dryer is composed of four parts, which are divided into the feeding area, heating area, cooling area, and discharging area. The wood veneer drying machine has features of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and better meets the production process of the product.

1. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content and is flat without buckle or end waviness.
