Using a fully automatic control and frequency conversion control system, the transmission speed and temperature can be automatically adjusted according to different veneer thicknesses and moisture contents to achieve the ideal drying effect, and the final moisture content can be accurately controlled. It avoids the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or the drying fails to meet the process requirements.

The hot air blower and cold air blower of the dryer adopt the latest axial flow blower, which reduces the power consumption. It not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total installed power and minimizes the power consumption of the entire equipment.

4. Moisture drainage and insulation system

A veneer dryer dehumidification system is installed on the top of the plywood dryer machine to quickly discharge the moisture inside the dryer to the outside of the workshop, avoiding steam pre-condensation caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and maintaining dryness and pressure balance inside the dryer. It can be installed separately on any model of dryer of our company. The thermal insulation system is specially designed for cold areas such as Russia, and adds fans.

5. Dust removal system

The smoke generated by the burning of waste wood chips first settles in the biomass burner, then the flue and heat exchanger, and finally is collected by the dust collection boxes located at both ends of the veneer dryer. After three times of dust removal, the flue gas discharged into the air is clean and has no pollution to the environment.
