Biomass Drying Machine
Shine Machinery developed and produced a new type of biomass drying machine, whose combustion heating system can obtain materials on site. Waste veneer produced by veneer peeling machine or veneer slicer, tree bark by debarker and waste wood can be burned directly. It not only solves the key problem of high fuel cost of veneer drying equipment, but also solves the serious problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plant.
The veneer drying machine has the minimum electrical and fuel consumption, maximum production, quality than the best and energy efficient as well.
Biomass Drying Machine
Standard biomass drying machine is composed of heating chambers and cooling chambers. The veneer roller dryer allows automatic feeder devices, which can save labor costs greatly. Equipped with biomass burner, all kinds of waste wood such as waste bark, the waste veneer can be burned as fuel directly, even the waste wood is wet. The temperature inside biomass veneer dryer machine is 40-60℃ higher than traditional steam or thermal oil heated roller dryer.
Biomass drying machine could work more effective and quality drying with lower power. Traditional veneer dryers machine is easy to drop chain, card chain, veneer run off, heat exchanger is easy to plug. Veneer roller dryer can solve these problems during drying process and achieve lowest cost and perfect drying effect.
