Vertical Veneer Drying
The shine economical vertical dryer is a type of horizontal dryer and is a drying equipment based on the principle of two-way conveying. The material is manually placed into the upper grid plate of the dryer feed port from the head of the dryer. The material is evenly distributed on the grid plate and runs smoothly to the tail of the dryer. The special vertical mechanism of the vertical dryer smoothly unloads the material into the lower layer. After the material is dried, it is transported to the discharge port at the head of the dryer for delivery. The material is evenly and reasonably distributed inside the dryer, and the hot air drying time is about 30 minutes. The heat source adopts a built-in combustion furnace process, which can burn the waste wood handles cut by the peeling machine, saving the cost of raw materials. The temperature of the drying area is 100-130℃, and the temperature is adjustable.
Working principle:
The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the best drying effect; the flap structure is adopted, the space utilization rate is high, and the material keeps turning with the flap during drying to ensure the consistency of product quality; the unique air distribution device makes the hot air distribution more in line with the material drying process needs.
