Plywood Core Veneer Dryer


The roller type veneer drying machine is a new generation of wood veneer drying equipment. It uses the latest international pressurized contact veneer drying technology. It has the advantages of simple operation, safety and practicality, stable operation, easy maintenance, hot pressing-leveling-drying in one step. The recycling of hot air greatly reduces the operating costs of enterprises, improves the quality of boards, and increases production. The roller plays a role in ironing the veneer. The veneer after drying is flat and the moisture content is relatively uniform. When the veneer is located between two sets of rollers, it can shrink freely in the horizontal direction, reducing the generation of cracks and having good drying quality. The heat dissipation process is carried out in a flat state. In the benign physical process of wood shrinkage, the veneer does not warp and deform, the breakage rate is low, and the yield rate is high. It effectively solves the main problems of wood in the drying process, such as difficulty in drying, long drying cycle, uneven drying, easy cracking, deformation and low yield rate.

Main Performance and Advantages of Veneer Dryer


1. The dryer consists of two layers of conveying rollers. Each time the roller conveys the veneer through the upper and lower pressure rollers, it ensures that there is no veneer jam and failure, and ensures the continuous operation of the equipment. The equipment running speed is 5-22 meters frequency conversion control (freely adjustable).

2. The veneer drying process consists of two parts: blowing heating by the blowing pipe and contact heating by the upper and lower pressure rollers. Double heating improves the heating efficiency.

3. Insulation board: The thickness of the side insulation board is 60mm, the panel is 1.2mm galvanized sheet, and the inner lining is aluminum silicate blanket. The thickness of the top insulation board is 75mm, and the inner lining is rock wool composite board.

4. Automatic temperature control and speed regulation system: The inverter of the dryer traction motor is connected to the temperature controller, which can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature of the equipment according to the thickness and moisture content requirements of the single board, and can accurately control the final moisture content.

5. Heat exchange system: adopt step-by-step heat exchange, and the specifications of each heat exchanger are different. The hot air in the heat exchanger can be evenly distributed to the single board, which fully improves the energy utilization rate and saves unnecessary energy waste.
