The roller veneer drying machine is designed with an advanced heat exchange structure that ensures high efficiency and minimizes heat loss. The core veneer dryer can be heated by a steam boiler, thermal oil heater, or biomass burner, which can save the fuel cost the most. Shine veneer dryers are equipped with an automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, allowing for automatic adjustments of transmission speed and temperature according to different veneer thicknesses and moisture levels, resulting in ideal drying effects. Furthermore, the machine includes an automatic veneer feeder and collection system, significantly improving drying efficiency and reducing labor costs.
